Custom Orders & Refund Policy

Every piece we create is made-to-order and tailored specifically for you. As a result, we do not offer refunds once production has started. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work closely with you to make adjustments and ensure you’re happy with the final result.

File Handling & Confidentiality

Shipping & Lead Times

Lead times depend on the complexity of your project, but most orders ship within 5–10 business days after final approval. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier.
